Isaac will explore transformational coaching and the important role coaches play in developing confident, resilient individuals and stronger communities. The session will look beyond performance and focus on how coaches can create environments built on safety, meaningful relationships, belonging, high standards, ownership and leadership. Coaches will be encouraged to consider the lasting impact they can have by developing people, strengthening communities and leaving a meaningful legacy through sport.
